Where do you teach LES MILLS™ classes?
"L'Atelier" in Marseille, France.
Tell us a little bit about your background. What led you into the fitness industry?
My background is a little bit special.
I worked for three years in Paris as multimedia project manager. At the same time, I danced ballet in conservatory and practiced fitness in a huge club where I discovered Les Mills classes. First step in there and my life had already changed.
First, I fell in love with BODYJAM™, then BODYCOMBAT™ and BODYATTACK™. Then SH'BAM™ appeared and I found myself in this program.
I decided to quit my job and to start over! ("We only live once" you'll read this lower :-))
After qualifications, travels, training, training and more training, I'm part of the LES MILLS tribe! SH'BAM, BODYJAM, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE and BODYATTACK are my everyday life and I wouldn't change for anything.
What is your favorite program and track?
I really love all Les Mills programs I teach. But I have a crush on SH'BAM, something special. Emotion, fun, drama, sexy, wild, smooth, strong, vintage, diversity. This is life!!! In french I said "Le SH'BAM c'est la vie!". For example, I love the paradox between J-Lo, sexy song and Dirty dancing!!!
What do you love about teaching?
I love to share with people. Make them smile, make them reach their goal or just give them a breath of air. I believe and I have experience that we can change people's lives.
What has been your biggest accomplishment/most rewarding moment?
This challenge THE ONE will stay of course a rewarding moment. I will remember my mother (who miss my ballet years) crying on phone "I always knew that you were made for stage!!!"
A big moment was at the end of my last SH'BAM class in a club. A mother came to me with shiny eyes and thank me for "making her forget what happens in her life". This is a big accomplishment and a goal: one by one, make people feel better (physically or mentally)
Tell us how you pass on your motivation to others?
Motivation passes on when you are enthusiastic, involved, professional, open. It works when you love what you do!
Do you have a favorite quote or piece of advice?
Of course!!!! "You only live once"
What’s your best fitness tip?
Come as you are.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Definitely Nutella.
What features on your favorite playlist?
Lot of different things... Tom Odell "Can't pretend", Lost frequencies "Realty", Cœur de pirate "Golden Baby", Tiesto "Secrets", Britney Spears "Womanizer", Kanye West "Power", Midnight Juggernauts "Galaxy", Muse "Feeling good", "Celebrate" from the best movie ever "Penguins of Madagascar" Yeah really!
