LES MILLS VIRTUAL QUICK START GUIDE

Note: It is important to complete the LES MILLS™ Virtual Scheduler set-up steps BEFORE the Virtual iOS App set-up.

VIRTUAL SCHEDULER SETUP

1. Open the LES MILLS Virtual scheduling tool
2. Sign in to the Virtual Scheduler with your username and temporary password. These can be found in your onboarding email
3. Enter your club details (e.g. name, country, timezone)
4. Choose the default playback options for audio and subtitle language
5. Set a permanent password. Please note: this will be your password going forward
6. You are now able to start creating your own class schedules

DOWNLOADING LES MILLS VIRTUAL CONTENT FOR THE FIRST TIME ONTO YOUR IPAD PRO

1. Turn on the iPad Pro and select the App Store icon
2. Search for the Les Mills Virtual App. You may see other Les Mills apps so make sure you choose the Virtual one
3. Select the Les Mills Virtual App and download it. You may be asked for your Apple login details to do this

SELF SETUP

1. Login with your Username and new password (which you changed in the Scheduler)
2. The App will now start to download the content once the iPad Pro is connected to the internet
3. Follow these steps for optimising downloads and make sure you wait for downloads to complete before playing classes

AV PROVIDER SETUP

1. Select the option to ‘Set up with Access Code’
2. Enter the Access Code that was provided to you on registration. This code can be used to setup multiple devices for the site
3. Select ‘Begin Download’. The Les Mills Virtual program catalogue is large and depending on your internet connection, it could take up to a fortnight to download
