Since then a team of fitness professionals has put in the hard yards, making it their mission to develop this type of training. This means incorporating fresh innovations, the latest science and insights from thousands of exercise professionals across the planet. Now there’s a new iteration of this 55-minute full body strength workout created every three months.

As Les Mills celebrates 100 releases and 25 years of bringing high repetition resistance training to the masses, the people behind it shed some light on where it all began – proving that a 25 year old strength training program really can operate at the forefront of fitness.
