A handful of Spinach
1 Scoop of Protein Powder (We used vanilla protein powder)
1/2 C Coconut Water
1/2 C Filtered Water
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
Blend all ingredients together.
