Green smoothie

We give your favorite green smoothie a makeover by adding flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg. Not only is it delicious, it packs a real nutrient punch.


1 Banana

A handful of Spinach

1 Scoop of Protein Powder (We used vanilla protein powder)

1/2 C Coconut Water

1/2 C Filtered Water

1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp Nutmeg


Blend all ingredients together.

Serves 1
