Raspberry, coconut, chia seed smoothie

Superfoods are the buzz word around town and this smoothie includes some of our all-time favorites. Coconut cream, maca powder and vanilla protein powder give it a thick and creamy consistency with raspberries thrown in for a burst of flavor (not to mention an antioxidant hit!)

Ingredients:

1/2 C Frozen Organic Raspberries

1/4 C Coconut Cream

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tsp Maca Powder

350ml Water - Substitute for Coconut Water or Almond Milk if you prefer

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients and serve.
