Why does the calculation of my ticket price look different?

We have enlisted the help of a third party software provider to create a ticket website. There are some limitations we need to work within so as a result the calculations of your ticket may seem different online. We can assure you all care has been taken to ensure the ticket price total is correct. Review ticket information tab for ticketing options and costs.

Your ticket prices should be calculated an example below.

As an Instructor if you attend BODYBALANCE, BODYPUMP 1, THE TRIP 3, RPM 3 and CXWORX - your total would come to $81.95 ($59.95 + $20 + $2).

The general public who wish to attend BODYBALANCE, BODYPUMP 1, THE TRIP 3, RPM 3 and CXWORX - your total would come to $119.95 ($89.95 + $20 + $10).

I’m an Instructor, how can I get my ticket reimbursed?

Get 5 general public attendees to register, they must include your name in the how you heard about the event section, then you will have your ticket reimbursed after the event. This only applies to the generic ticket price only and any additional classes or THE TRIP will not be reimbursed.

Do I get free entry to the expo?

Only Les Mills Instructors are eligible for free entry and you will need to select this option when purchasing your ticket. Your entry ticket to the Fitness and Health expo will be sent to you directly from Diversified (organisers of the Fitness and Health expo)

Can I get a photo with a Program Director?

Yes. Lisa, Tauvaga, Reagan, Jackie, Mark, Glen, Dan and Rach will all be at the event and have a designated Meet and Greet times in the Red Zone at Plenary Hall (please refer to schedule for times). You will have an opportunity to get a photo with your own camera. Please be mindful there are a lot of people who would like to meet the team so please do not take too long getting the perfect snap.

Can we take bags in?

Absolutely not! There is a cloak room around the corner from the LES MILLS LIVE (Plenary Hall) registration desk which you can use free of charge. Under no circumstances will bags be allowed into the event so please allow sufficient time to drop your bags off before you have to enter the venue for your class.

In addition to the serviced cloak room there will be an unstaffed bag area in the Cycle Studio for your use, however this will be at your own risk. If you have any valuables please secure in the cloak room which is a 15 minute walk from Cycle Studio.

What should I bring?

We will supply all the equipment you need.  It’s a personal preference but feel free to bring a mat if you are attending BODYBALANCE and / or CXWORX. The event is held in an auditorium so the floor may not be as comfortable as what you used to in your studio or gym.

Bring plenty of food and water, a towel and change of clothing might also be advisable as you will probably be sweating up a storm! There is a food court inside the DFO across the road but limited food within the Fitness and Health Expo itself.

Are there shower facilities?

No. But everyone’s in the same boat.  We recommend bringing wet wipes if you’re really concerned. It’s likely you will get sweaty but for us – if you’re not sweating you ain’t working.

What time should I arrive?

At least 30 minutes before the schedule class start time. If you have any registration enquiries please arrive at least 60 minutes before class start time.

Will the Reebok store be there?

Yes, of course. Head over to the Fitness and Health Expo to start shopping.

Can I bring my children, friends and/or family.

LES MILLS LIVE is an adult only (16 years and older) event, due to health and safety reasons only ticket holders are allowed to come to the event.

There is a viewing area above the Hall where anyone will be welcome to watch.
