WEEK 1 WORKOUT MOVE: LES MILLS GRIT BURPEE
Move breakdown:
- Feet start wide
- Squat down and keep your chest elevated
- Place your hands flat on the floor
- Brace your core and jump your feet back to a plank
- Jump your feet back in wide and stand tall

Show me how many LES MILLS burpees you can do in 1 minute.

MY TOP TIP: TAKE AN OPTION
An alternative to doing the burpee is to try a few by just walking your legs back instead of jumping into plank. This will help you get your technique right before you add speed.
WEEK 1 QUICK HIIT WORKOUT: TABATA WITH HIGH KNEES AND BURPEES
Workout breakdown:
- 20 secs of high knees
- 10 secs rest
- 20 secs of burpees with jump
- 10 sec rest
Repeat 3 times
