As with LES MILLS GRIT™ Les Mills Sprint is a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. The short duration of a SPRINT™ workout (30 minutes) will motivate you and your participants to smash all physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity where the class work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare the body for the next effort. We are running SPRINT training modules (two days) or a one day up-skilling workshop for all RPM instructors.
