Whatever your fitness level there’s a guide to suit - you have three different levels to choose from:
- Level 1 is ideal if you’re starting out with regular exercise and want to build a routine.
- Level 2 is perfect if you currently exercise a couple of times a week but want to up your game.
- Level 3 is a great option if you love to exercise and want to push your limits.
