Follow this plan if you are not currently doing at least 90 minutes of cardio training per week – you need a strong base cardio fitness level in order to start your HIIT Training. It will help you establish a regular exercise habit so you can safely and effectively introduce high-intensity interval training – and experience LES MILLS GRIT down the track.
