PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REDEEM YOUR REWARD

I am a new LES MILLS™ On Demand customer and do not have a subscription

  1. On this page, click REDEEM NOW.
  2. On first check out page, under MONTHLY option click START FREE TRIAL
    • You will need to apply your ACTIVATION CODE at the end of the checkout journey. Don’t worry, you won’t need your credit card for this redemption
  3. Follow the prompts:
    • Enter your first name, last name, email and create a new password. Then, click CONTINUE. Enter your billing address details. Then, click CONTINUE
  4. Add your activation code at the Payment Info:
    • Click I HAVE AN ACTIVATION CODE
    • Copy and paste your code received from your Reebok UNLOCKED email or account into the text box (there should be 12 letters plus 4 hyphens and ensure there are no spacebars before or after the code). Then, click Apply
    • Click CONTINUE to review
  5. Review your order:
    • Please note the Total Due Today is $0.00 (is no charge to you)
    • Check and review final Terms & Conditions
    • Click BUY NOW to complete the checkout

Note, your subscription is due to end after 30 days. To ensure your subscription continues after 30 days, go to MY ACCOUNT to manage your subscription and add your credit card details before the end of your trial.

I am an existing LES MILLS On Demand customer and I have a subscription

  1. Go to Subscriptions within your LES MILLS On Demand account
    • Ensure you are logged in to your LES MILLS On Demand account at lesmillsondemand.com
      • You may experience a ‘double sign-in’ via email for security reasons. If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgotten password” to reset.
    • Click on your Account icon at the top right of the screen
    • Click on My Subscriptions
    • Click on VIEW DETAILS on your current subscription item
    • Click on CHANGE PAYMENT DETAILS
  2. Follow the payment prompts:
    • Step 1: Under ACCOUNT, confirm your billing address. Then, click CONTINUE
    • Step 2: Under PAYMENT INFORMATION, select ACTIVATION CODE. Copy and paste your code received from your Reebok UNLOCKED email or account into the text box (there should be 12 letters plus 4 hyphens and ensure there are no spacebars before or after the code). Then, click CONTINUE.

Note, if you’re currently on a monthly subscription, your free 30 days with your activation code is applied on your next billing anniversary. Following the 30 days, your subscription will revert back to your previous subscription payment plan. If you’re currently on an annual subscription, please contact support@lesmillsondemand.com for Account assistance.
