What is BODYVIVE 3.1?

BODYVIVE 3.1 combines strength, cardio and core training into one complete and convenient workout.

A BODYVIVE 3.1 workout includes a mix of lunges, squats, running and resistance band exercises. It helps burn calories and build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength. Members leave fizzing with energy and on track for all-around healthy living.
