If you could choose one person to work out with, who would it be and why?
I think it would be my partner. We both share the passion for sports – doing anything from Les Mills workouts to weight lifting together.
What’s your favorite workout routine?
It depends! I love to train by doing LES MILLS GRIT and some of the other LES MILLS programs, but sometimes I prefer to have a good weights session or to just to focus on mobility / flexibility – I’m an all-rounder.
What does a cheat day look like for you?
Cheat day?! Haha… I’m really strict on myself. But if I’m having a cheat day maybe I will have a good breakfast (jelly…) and more carbs that day. Pizza and Italian dinner… and ah, I love M&Ms or dark chocolate.
If you had to choose your last meal, what would it be?
A big salad as a starter, with eggs and lots of different veggies and a massive and delicious 400g steak. I would have veggies as a side and a garlic bread. And kumara (sweet potato) fries… mmmhhh!
How do you relax, de-stress and chill out?
Hanging around with friends, good coffee (a flat white), sauna, movies.
If you could change one thing about your appearance, what would it be?
That’s a good question. I think I’d like to have a sun-tanned skin all the time.
What characteristic do you most admire in other people?
Name the last book your read, the last movie you watched, and track you currently have on high rotate.
My last book? I guess it was Becoming a Supple Leopard by Kelly Starrett. The last movie was on the aircraft; Hacksaw Ridge. My top track? Axwell Ingrosso: I Love You.
What social media can’t you live without?
Instagram and Facebook. Some of my favorite accounts are: @primalmovers, @rx.mindset, @darrenjhardy, @gymnasticbodies, @fittastecom and @reebok.
If you could have one superpower, what would you choose?
To heal people from every disease of this world.
What’s the best non-physical thing about staying in shape?
Mindset! Eat the right things.
