Everyone taking part is there to learn. This is a chance to try something new, whether that’s how you engage your participants with voice, or refreshing your technique in line with new research.
Reconnect with the programme essence
For example, BODYBALANCE leaves you feeling long strong centred and calm. You’ll learn what you can do personally to achieve this.
Programme specific drills
We’ll practice exercises to increase your knowledge. For example, breathing and meditation can help you (and in turn your participants) be more present in BODYBALANCE.
We’ll spend a few hours practicing in groups and partners, where you’ll have the chance to adjust your technique. If you can demonstrate better technique, you will improve, and so will your participants because most of their learning is visual.
We’ll look at how to work with the music, share and show your love of the programme. For example, how you can use different tones of voice to connect with people in the room.
Differentiate between programmes
You’ll learn to shift your teaching style to that programme but still be authentic. We can help you use different personalities for each programme to keep things varied for you and your participants.
HOW TO PREPARE
10 days before, you’ll be allocated a track from the current release that you can practice at home. This means you can be really prepared and nothing is a surprise.
On the day you will teach a section of this track twice. Half of the track once and the full track once. Once at the beginning of the day and once at the end of the day.
Throughout the day you’ll have time to practice and implement anything you’ve learnt that day. Everyone is in it together and supports each other.
