MORE OPPORTUNITIES TO TEACH
It is great to see clubs re-opening and members coming back through the doors. However, we appreciate that social distancing restrictions are making things harder.
Therefore, to support and provide you with more opportunities to teach, we have created 3 short term partnership options for clubs to take advantage of.
These offers are only available for a limited time and through a partnered UK/Ireland facility, therefore to take advantage of any of these partnership options, contact us at lmuk.clubs@lesmills.com and we'll be in touch.
ADDITIONAL VENUE
With social distancing in place you may be finding it hard to run classes at full capacity. For 3 months, clubs can hold their current Les Mills programmes at an additional community venue (e.g. a community hall or school) in order to offer larger classes and broaden their timetable..
Details:
- Clubs running this option need to currently have these programmes in their main facility
- The additional venue should feature as an extension of the club’s timetable
Instructors, you know your members and community better than anyone. This is a great opportunity for you to work with your club to find the best venues to expand capacity and offer more classes to members.
ADDITIONAL PROGRAMME
Have you wanted to trial an additional Les Mills programme in your gym before? Now clubs can launch one additional programme to their partnership, at no additional cost, for 6 months.
Details:
- Additional programme not currently within a partnership package
- Classes can be live or live stream
Instructors, if there’s a certification you have sitting on the shelf, now is a great time to dust it off and offer your club the ability to experience one of your favourite programmes.
NEW FACILITY
Do you know of any facilities that don’t currently have a Les Mills partnership in place? New clubs or facilities can now run one Les Mills programme, at no cost, for 6 months.
Details:
- Classes can be live or live stream
- No previous partnership at this facility within the last 6 months
- New clubs and facilities will need to sign an agreement for this temporary partnership
Instructors this is a great way to get more opportunities to teach and bring your magic to even more members!
For all partnership options, you must be a certified, active Instructor to teach these classes and clubs must arrange all relevant public performance/communications licenses, insurance, and health & safety procedures.
To take advantage of any of these partnership options, contact us at lmuk.clubs@lesmills.com and we'll be in touch.

As shared during the Global Summit we are looking into what individual Instructor licenses could look like for each market. We don't have an update on this currently but will continue to share as we work through this.
Examples of additional venues include community halls, schools, and sports fields. You must ensure the venues meet health and safety requirements, are Covid safe and you have permission from the owner. The additional venue cannot be a gym or club facility.
Yes, you can teach in outside spaces, however, you will need to gain permission from your local council.
As this is designed for club's members it should be in an accessible places for the current member base.
All programmes, excluding THE TRIP Immersive, can be included in this option as long as it is not currently in your partnership package.
Facilities can offer all of the Les Mills programmes currently in their partnership.
The additional venue option is available for 3 months and the additional programme and facility options are available for 6 months.
The additional venue is to help during social distancing restrictions. We want to get people back to your club asap therefore this option is available for 3 months at which point hopefully we will be able to get more people into your club.
These are all optional and therefore it is the individual choice of each facility.
There are no changes to your Instructor agreement.
The facility must arrange the relevant public performance/communications licensing with PPL / PRS.
This will be the responsibility of the facility
