• If you do not currently license LES MILLS Virtual, you can leverage your choice of (A) our 5 GX Virtual Program package OR (B) our Cycle Plus package. If you sign up for a 12-month commitment period, then the Virtual Program Service Fees from the signing date until December 31, 2020 will be waived. From January 1, 2021 the Virtual Program Service Fees will become payable thereafter.
• If you already license a number of our Virtual Programs (but not our 9 GX Virtual Program package), you can leverage our 9 GX Virtual Program package. If you sign up for a 12-month commitment period, then the Virtual Program Service Fees for the newly added Virtual Programs will be waived from the signing date until December 31, 2020. During the period until December 31, 2020, the Service Fees for your existing Live and Virtual Programs will remain payable. From January 1, 2021 the Virtual Program Service Fees for the newly added Virtual Programs will become payable thereafter.

All offers are only available through to December 31, 2020. All offers only apply to facilities licensed with Les Mills United States Trading, Inc as of June 1, 2020 and are conditional on facilities paying their Service Fees when due. If Services Fees are not paid when due, Les Mills United States Trading, Inc reserves the right to withdraw any offer. 1. Service Fees Relief

This 25% reduction offer is based on a facility maintaining monthly Service Fees at an amount equal or higher than the Service Fees applicable as at June 1, 2020. Where a facility cancels Programs resulting in monthly Service Fees becoming less than the fees applicable as at June 1, 2020, the 25% reduction will no longer be available. For the avoidance of doubt, facilities that elect the Power Up Program (with Online Instructor Training and Virtual Program offers), will not receive the 25% reduction off Service Fees offer.

2. Live Streaming

3. LES MILLS On Demand

Facility members will need to agree to further standard terms and conditions applicable to the LES MILLS On Demand services and available through the LES MILLS On Demand platform. The 30-day free trial is only available to members who have not previously had a free trial of LES MILLS On Demand.

4. Online Group Fitness Management Course

All content is owned by Les Mills International. The course materials are intended for the course participant only and should not be shared beyond the course participant.

5. Online Instructor Trainings

Codes will be provided for each offer and only available to facilities that have elected the Power Up Program. Codes must not be shared with non-participating facilities’ Instructors. Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. All registrations to Online Initial Module Trainings and Online Advanced Module Trainings are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Participants must register through the Les Mills US Instructor Portal and agree to all standard terms including the Les Mills US Purchase Terms. Only redeemable for trainings offered by Les Mills United States Trading, Inc. Not applicable to past purchases.

6. LES MILLS Virtual Programming

This offer is only available for facilities that sign up to a 12-month commitment for the Virtual Programming. Certain Virtual Program Service Fees will be waived (as set out above). For the avoidance of doubt, Service Fees for licensed Live Programs will not be waived or reduced under this offer.
