Sales coaching & mentorship, recruiting winning players, and executing on service to boost profits year-round

As the majority of the population makes New Year’s resolutions to get in shape or lose weight, clubs see a significant surge in new club memberships. While this annual peak is foundational to the bottom line, it can also cause operational stress and anxiety, as owners and operators know they must also focus on servicing and retaining their new and current membership base. What can you do now to build a sales pipeline that will carry you into a successful spring and summer? In this seminar, we will cover best practices in sales coaching and mentorship, recruiting winning players, and executing on service that can boost your profits year-round.

We would love to see you there on February 12 & 13. Please register your details below to let us know you will be joining us at this invite-only event.

Featured speaker:

Bill’s work is focused on helping clients close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Personally, with your team, or your audience at your next event. He loves the rush of climbing inside somebody's world and walking through the good, the bad and the in-between. Some of his clients include vice presidents, executives, and business owners from companies such as Wells Fargo, State Farm, Rodan + Fields and more. What makes him different is his light heartedness and love of life. As a three time cancer survivor he feels responsible for reminding everyone that every day is a gift. And even after 19,000+ hours in the coach’s chair, he continues to be energized by the work he does!
