Bill’s work is focused on helping clients close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Personally, with your team, or your audience at your next event. He loves the rush of climbing inside somebody's world and walking through the good, the bad and the in-between. Some of his clients include vice presidents, executives, and business owners from companies such as Wells Fargo, State Farm, Rodan + Fields and more. What makes him different is his light heartedness and love of life. As a three time cancer survivor he feels responsible for reminding everyone that every day is a gift. And even after 19,000+ hours in the coach’s chair, he continues to be energized by the work he does!

MARK MILLER

Featured speaker:

Mark is the COO of Merritt Clubs and has spent the last twenty years helping Merritt focus on purpose rather than policy. His approach to club success stems from thinking how to play different against the industry norms. Mark’s passion for staff and member success provides him with a responsibility to work all three agendas to provide a place that members call their third home. In his spare time, he enjoys bobsledding and being a strength coach for hockey. Mark lives in southern Pennsylvania with his wife, four kids and dog Max.

ERIN ONCKEN

Erin has worked as a leader in the Fitness Industry for roughly 15 years with experience in personal training, group fitness, operation management, club acquisitions, and corporate account management. She spent nearly 10 years applying her experience in Corporate Wellness to help businesses of all sizes drive benefit to their bottom line. Her journey with Les Mills first started in 2007 with certification in BODYJAM. Since then, joining the Les Mills US team as a Regional Account Executive has allowed her the opportunity to combine her experience and support the success of many club partners in a time of vast growth and evolvement happening in the industry.

ADRIAN HEFFERNAN

As Customer Experience Director, Adrian leads the Les Mills regional teams to help members fall in love with fitness at partner clubs and facilities. Adrian has extensive experience in fitness and club operations in Australia and prior to joining Les Mills spent five years in the technology sector, leading the US business development for a Club Management CRM. Adrian loves the outdoors and is based in Southern California with his wife and two young children.

LUCA CALLINI

Originally from Italy, but an adopted Texan for over 20 years, Luca Callini is a Les Mills National Trainer and Presenter (BODYPUMP, BODYFLOW, CXWORX) from the Houston area. He also serves LMUS as a Regional Training Coordinator, Development Coach and Program Specialist. Luca has been teaching group fitness classes since 2011 and holds several health and fitness certifications. He has a Master’s Degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics and brings to the team over 15 years’ experience in leadership and management roles at NASA. When not working out or playing with spacesuits, Luca enjoys spending time with his family and traveling all over the world.
