Janelle Graham

Regional Training Consultant & Les Mills Assessor

Janelle Graham is a Les Mills National Trainer from Denver, CO. She also serves LMUS as a Regional Training Coordinator and Program Specialist. Janelle has been teaching group fitness classes since 2006 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine. When not working out, Janelle enjoys spending time with her family, going to tournaments and watching competitions for her two daughters in Jiu-Jitsu and Gymnastics.

TREVER ACKERMAN

CMO Wellbiz Brands

Currently the Chief Marketing Officer for WellBiz Brands, Inc., Ackerman is a veteran of the Health & Wellness industry with a keen sense for adapting to the ever-changing and growing landscape of membership-based acquisition and retention marketing. At WellBiz Brands he oversees the brand strategies and customer experience efforts for Amazing Lash Studio®, Elements Massage® and Fitness Together®, which collectively operate over 600 franchise locations.

Before joining the WellBiz Brands, Inc. team, Trever served as head of marketing for Les Mills U.S. and 24 Hour Fitness prior to that, where he was responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of marketing, communications and brand development strategies. Trever holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a BSBA from the University of Denver. Trever resides in Denver, Colorado.

MATT GARRETT

SVP Operations, rDialogue

Matt Garrett is Senior Vice President of Operations for rDialogue, a Bond company. Matt leads client engagements in rDialogue’s customer marketing strategy practice which includes disciplines in loyalty, relationship marketing and analytics. Over his last 7 years with rDialogue, Matt has helped clients like Nike, Adidas, Adobe, American Express and Tractor Supply begin to pivot their business towards the customer and develop loyal, long-term relationships. Prior to rDialogue, he led marketing for luxury travel brands including Abercrombie & Kent and Exclusive Resorts. Matt lives in Denver, Colorado.

CARRIE KEPPLE

Owner – Styles Studios

A Central Illinois native, Carrie has an immense amount of experience in new club start-ups and ongoing club operations. From the US to New Zealand and back again she's led large corporate teams at Gold's Gym International, built new, multi-million dollar clubs turning them profitable in record time in New Zealand, and she has also rehabbed a club devastated by a deadly earthquake for which she and her team won multiple major club business awards including Supreme Club of the Year for New Zealand 3 years in a row. This comeback story was featured in industry publications globally and is still used as a case study in presentations at industry conventions.

Carrie currently serves on the Board of Directors for IHRSA as Vice Chairman (International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association) based in Boston, MA. Carrie has also spent over a decade traveling the globe presenting and training instructors. Her vast knowledge of how to master the craft of teaching group fitness has made her expert in creating a powerful team.

ADRIAN HEFFERNAN

VP, Customer Experience, Les Mills US

As VP of Customer Experience, Adrian leads the Les Mills regional teams to help members fall in love with fitness at partner clubs and facilities. Adrian has extensive experience in fitness and club operations in Australia and prior to joining Les Mills spent five years in the technology sector, leading the US business development for a Club Management CRM. Adrian loves the outdoors and is based in Southern California with his wife and two young children.

MARIO TARQUINIO

Business Development Director, Les Mills US

Mario brings over ten years of experience in the fitness industry having served in many roles from General Manager to Vice President of Sales. He thrives on helping new and existing partners to create an engaging environment that will help members fall in love with fitness and their facility.
