Ignoring your minor pains and injuries not only increases the chance of additional injury and slows recovery, but it also sets a bad example for class participants and can negatively impact their overall class experience.
Join us at one of our upcoming November Instructor workshops for an insightful education session focused on injury prevention that will provide you with a better understanding of common injury causes as well as corrective exercise solutions you can employ to minimize injury and stay healthy. Open to all GX Instructors, these workshops also include our amazing Les Mills masterclass workouts and a networking reception where you can connect with fellow fitness professionals. Open to all.
