TEACHING TO YOUR STRENGTHS

What do Rockstar instructors do that sets them apart from the rest of us? They play to their strengths! How can you harness your individual strengths to take your coaching to the next level and deliver more life-changing fitness experiences for your participants?

On the journey to mastery focusing on the development of your unique strengths, rather than dwelling on weaknesses, is key to growing faster and feeling more confident. By identifying your strengths and highlighting them through your teaching, you can allow your authentic self to shine as an instructor.

Join us for this workshop as Les Mills US TAP Team members guide you through a series of drills designed to help you identify your strengths and share tangible ways that you can use those strengths to elevate your teaching and reach you full potential.

Gain tools and engage in meaningful conversation with instructors across the country, while earning continuing education credits in this 90 minute online workshop.
