Together Les Mills and The Retention People (TRP) have created ‘CLUBCOUNT™ powered by Les Mills’ – arming facilities with all they need to effectively plan, manage and report on daily group exercise schedules and maximize occupancy and participation.
This new web-based software is an improved iteration of existing CLUBCOUNT software, which is already being used by Les Mills licensees worldwide. These existing software users will all transition across to the new platform on 23 March 2015 and club engagement is expected to grow from there.
The new software enables facilities to quickly and simply build and update schedules with customizable designs that can easily be shared online. A comprehensive reporting suite collates and analyzes group exercise data at both club and group level, helping club managers achieve participation and occupancy targets. The software also includes instructor payroll management with clear, easy-to-use payroll reports.
‘CLUBCOUNT powered by Les Mills’ will be continually developed based on user feedback and users can be sure that TRP will provide exceptional levels of support.
The partnership between TRP and Les Mills makes the most of TRP’s extensive international experience in the field of health and fitness software and Les Mills’ expertise in group fitness programming.
