If you could choose one person to work out with, who would it be and why?
My hubby – he knows my strengths, but more importantly my weaknesses … he is able to push me harder than I push myself!
What’s your favorite workout routine?
I enjoy a variety of ways of working out, but LES MILLS GRIT Cardio is probably one of my usual go-to’s. I can do it anywhere, you get a massive workout in a short period of time, and makes me feel great!
What does a cheat day look like for you?
I have a king breakfast every day – no exceptions! Lunch and dinner wouldn't really change either BUT dessert would definitely be served after dinner or a sneaky chocolate somewhere during the day!
If you had to choose your last meal, what would it be?
My Dad’s Sunday roast lamb or unlimited amounts of sushi!
How do you relax, de-stress and chill out?
I hang out at home with my two gorgeous labradors and watch series with my man – my favorite!
If you could change one thing about your appearance, what would it be?
There are many things I wish were different (the build of my legs, my feet, my pale skin) but honestly, I am so incredibly grateful to have a physically ‘able’ body that allows me to function normally every day I wake up.
What characteristic do you most admire in other people?
Generosity, selflessness and considerate people.
Name the last book your read, the last movie you watched, and track you currently have on high rotate.
The last book was my bible, the last movie was Hacksaw Ridge, and my favorite track at the moment is Issues by Julia Michaels.
What social media can’t you live without?
I would probably say Instagram – although I would like to think I could live without social media quite easily!
If you could have one superpower, what would you choose?
I can’t choose … Invisibility, being able to fly, healing powers or shape shifting.
What’s the best non-physical thing about staying in shape?
Mental vitality – no doubt! You don’t feel fat or gross as much!
Who should play you in the movie based on your life?
Possibly Cameron Diaz – she is also pretty dorky, clumsy, quirky and friendly :)
