Virtual Scheduler Set-up

1. Access the LES MILLS Virtual scheduling tool by clicking here.
2. Sign in to the Virtual Scheduler using your username and temporary password which can be found in your on-boarding email
3. Enter your club details (e.g. name, country, timezone)
4. Choose the default playback options for audio and subtitle language
5. Set a permanent password. Please note: this will be your password going forward
6. You are now able to start creating your own class schedules.

Downloading LES MILLS™ Virtual content for the first time onto your iPad Pro

1. Turn on the iPad Pro and select the App Store icon.
2. Select ’Search’ (top right of App Store screen) and search for ‘Les Mills Virtual App’, be careful there may be other Les Mills options to choose from in the App Store, you need Virtual.
3. Select the Les Mills Virtual App and download it. You may be asked for your Apple login details to do this.

Self Set up

1. Login with your Username and new password (which you changed in the Scheduler).
2. The App will now start to download the content once the iPad Pro is connected to the internet.
3. Please follow the steps here for maximizing downloads and wait for downloads to complete before playing classes.

AV provider set up

1. Select the option to ‘Set up with Access Code’.
2. Enter the Access Code that was provided to you on registration. This code can be used to setup multiple devices for the site.
3. Select ‘Begin Download’. Your download will commence. It is important to note that the Les Mills Virtual program catalogue is large and depending on your internet connection could take up to a fortnight to download.
