Les Mills Superstar is a dynamic, three-stage competition designed to spotlight and celebrate the exceptional talent of Instructors who bring Les Mills programs to life. It’s about celebrating the standout individual who consistently goes above and beyond. Motivating others, inspiring change, and delivering unforgettable fitness experiences.

Absolutely! You can apply directly or be nominated by your club or your members. All submissions, however, must be uploaded by the instructor by following the instructions highlighted on the Landing page, or submit your videos here.

Video submissions open August 18th and close September 17th, 2025.

Submit one video of yourself teaching a track from the latest release.

Teaching more than one program? Even better! You can submit one video per program (e.g., one for BODYPUMP, one for BODYATTACK, etc.).

If you submit more than one submission for the same program, only your first submission for that program will be reviewed.

This is our first year, but we’re just getting started. Les Mills Superstar is planned to be an annual celebration of instructor excellence.

All submissions must be made in English. However, if English isn’t your first language, don't worry, we will still be able to see you shine!

Your video can be filmed anywhere; however, keep in mind that we need to see and hear you clearly so that the judges can review the video properly. However, we recommend that you film at your local gym.

There will be a judging panel made up of the Les Mills IMEA training and presenting team.

1. Video submission (via link here) - Aug 18 - Sep 17

Live Regionals will be held in the following countries – UAE (Dubai), KSA, and the third location will be confirmed at a later date.

Nope. Whether you're in a club, freelance, or on-the-go, if you’re an active Les Mills instructor, you can apply.

Absolutely. It’s not about how long you’ve been teaching — it’s about the passion you bring to your class.

Yes, semi-finalists and finalists will be required to fly into the Live Regionals and the Superstar Final. All travel details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.  

All costs related to participating in the Live Regionals and the Superstar Final have to be covered by the instructor.

You must be based in IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) region, and be a registered instructor with Les Mills Middle East.

Only ONE Les Mills Superstar will be selected; however, there will be other categories of winners.

Les Mills Superstar is a mixed gender event. While we absolutely respect the desire for a ladies-only category, we want to be transparent that both the regional and final stages of the competition are mixed-gender events, with mixed judges and participants. Les Mills SuperStar is a competition that shines a light on Instructors both at events and on social media. The main prize is a place on stage at a Les Mills Live event, which is also a mixed-gender environment.

During this competition, the judges are looking for future talent to join the IMEA Presenter Team. We will be using Les Mills Superstar to help with our ongoing recruitment.
