I love GRIT! At the start just getting through it was a challenge enough, then as you progress you can take the same workout to a different intensity alltogether and it's good fun. I like the countdowns, they focus your mind, hype you up, and get you ready to go in hard knowing a short break is not too far away. It's always great to do it as a group and with the instructor. You motivate each other, push through together and the smiles are always big at the end. I always work harder when in a group.

INITIAL TRAINING OVERVIEW

• Choose the program you’ll train in: Les Mills offers a wide range of workouts spanning Strength, HIIT, Mind/Body, Cardio and more.

• Book a training course of up to two days to certify in one of our Signature or Limited Edition Collection programs

• You’ll have the option to attend training in-person or online

• Ahead of training you’ll receive a variety of materials to help you learn and prepare, including music and choreography notes

• Experienced trainers will support your learning with feedback and encouragement every step of the way

• By the end of training, you’ll know how to safely and effectively deliver life-changing group training to your classes

• To complete your certification we’ll ask that you submit a video of yourself teaching for assessment. You’ll receive high-level feedback and tips on how to keep growing
