All you need is comfortable workout clothes, a drink bottle and a towel – you’re going to get sweaty! All equipment is provided. You may like to provide your own hand wraps and boxing gloves for your comfort.

LES MILLS CONQUER provides a mix of cardio and floor training and can be undertaken up to 3 times per week for best results. For a well-balanced routine, be sure to include some dedicated strength sessions such as  BODYPUMP™ or LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ and core and flexibility training such as LES MILLS CORE™, BODYBALANCE™, or LES MILLS PILATES™.
