  • Adam Burke

    Adam Burke

    BODYATTACK, BODYPUMP, and CXWORX

    • Regional Training Coordinator for Ireland 
    • Adam participated in football, golf, tennis and cross-country before becoming a Les Mills Instructor in 2011
    • He has a degree in Psychology & Anthropology, a Level 3 Education and Training Award, and is a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer
    • Adam took part in a BODYPUMP class at his local gym and fell in love with the programme

    Lyndsey Morrison

    LES MILLS GRIT, BODYPUMP, and BODYATTACK

    Level 3 EAT Qualification

    • After studying Fitness, Health and Exercise Lyndsey started working as a fitness Instructor and Group Exercise Instructor
    • She went onto work as a manager for a Leisure Trust where she managed fitness gyms, leisure centres and group fitness
    • She teaches 14 classes a week, works as a National Trainer and Presenter for Les Mills UK delivering Instructor training

    • Ben has always had a passion for fitness and began working in a gym as soon as he left school
    • He became a Les Mills Instructor in 2008 and since then has gone onto present internationally at Les Mills events
    • His qualifications include Level 3 Personal Training, Exercise to Music, and a Level 3 Education and Training Award

    • New to the Les Mills Trainer Team, Emily joined in 2016 after discovering her love for Les Mills as a participant
    • She will join the team filming the 25th anniversary release of BODYATTACK
    • Qualifications include level 2 Fitness Instructor, Exercise to Music and IOSH

    Justin Riley

    • Justin has 14 years’ industry experience
    • His qualifications include L2 Gym Instructor, L3 Personal Trainer, L3 Education and Teaching, Nutrition and Assessing Qualifications
    • Justin filmed the 100th release of LES MILLS iconic barbell workout BODYPUMP in 2016

    Marc Downey

    • Marc’s lifelong career in fitness includes personal training, being a Fitness Manager and Sales Manager in Health Clubs and Les Mills Trainer
    • BSc in Sports Studies
    • You’ll see Marc on stage at Les Mills Live events. He’s also been selected to film GRIT Cardio global training videos

  • Natalie Mohan

    Natalie Mohan

    RPM, SPRINT, BODYPUMP

    Level 3 EAT Qualification

    • Natalie joined the Les Mills Trainer Team in 2014 after retiring from International Gymnastics
    • She competed as part of a women’s pair and also women’s trio. She won the title of South West Champion in the UK over 10 times and represented Great Britain in Switzerland and Germany
    • Natalie also works as a Personal Trainer

  • Shey Shehovich

    Shey Shehovich

    SH'BAM, BODYJAM

    • Shey became a Les Mills Trainer in 2017 after being an Instructor since 2005 and Presenter at Les Mills events since 2007. 
    • She trained as a Ballerina at the Bolshoi Ballet School in Bosnia and the Royal Academy of Dance in the UK
    • Shey’s qualifications include Advanced Grading in Ballet from Royal Academy of Dance a Foundation Diploma at Thamesdown Dance Studios, Diploma at Laban School of Contemporary Dance and a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification

    “It was while working as a gym receptionist alongside acting jobs that I discovered fitness and Les Mills. I was invited to attend BODYJAM™ training and from there my life changed.”

    RPM, SPRINT, THE TRIP, BODYCOMBAT, and LES MILLS GRIT

    • Lee has worked in the fitness industry from 18 years old, starting out as a life guard and Gym Instructor
    • He’s been on the Les Mills Trainer team since 2000 which has led him to deliver training in UK, Dubai, Russia, Siberia, and Sweden
    • Lee is also a qualified Personal Trainer with certifications in weight management and nutrition

    • Denice has 12 years’ experience as a PT, Group Fitness Instructor, and Les Mills Trainer
    • Denice filmed the 100th release of LES MILLS iconic barbell workout BODYPUMP in 2016
    • Level 3 education and Training Award
    • She is a Les Mills Regional Training Coordinator in the South East responsible for maintaining high quality Training standards

    • After years of teaching Natalie built the confidence to further her Les Mills training and became a Trainer and Presenter in 2015
    • She now takes the stage at Les Mills Live events and provides training around the UK, most recently being asked to film the latest BODYCOMBAT release which will be shared with Instructors around the world
    • Natalie is currently studying Level 3 Personal Training and hoping to focus on pre and post-natal exercise

    Phil Harrison

    • Phil practiced martial arts and dance from the age of 5 and began working in a gym from 17 while studying for his degree.
    • Phil’s qualifications include BSc (hons) Sports and Exercise Science, a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, Gym Instructor.
    • Phil's amazing dance talents were spotted at a Quarterly Workshop in 2005 where he was invited to audition for Trainer boot camp.

    • Tori joined the Trainer team 2014 and since then has featured on 4 different programme releases videos
    • This year Tori will film the first release of LES MILLS TONE which will be used to train Instructors across the globe
    • She’ll also be the first LES MILLS barre Instructor in the UK
    • Her qualifications include Level 3 Personal Trainer, PTLLS, and Dance BA Hons

    • Jess joined the Les Mills Trainer team in 2014
    • She’s worked in the industry for almost 6 years, starting on the gym floor as Fitness Consultant
    • She worked with Victoria Pendleton designing Fitness First's most successful cycling program

    • Next year will be Michelle’s 20th anniversary in the fitness industry. She started teaching freestyle classes at 16.
    • She has a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science is is a qualified Personal Trainer
    • This year Michelle will film the 75th release of BODYCOMBAT which will used to train Instructors across the globe

    Kate Slee

    Level 3 EAT Qualification
    • After leaving school as a sprinter at a National level Kate knew she didn't want a 9-5 job.
    • She became a personal trainer at 18 and went on to travel around America, Mexico, Caribbean, Alaska and Australia on cruise ships as a PT. 
    • She spent the next 8 years as a Fitness and Studio Manager for 2 big health club chains.

    • Bram has been a Les Mills Instructor since 2006 joining the Middle East Trainer team in 2008 and the UK team in 2014
    • This year he has been selected to film the global BODYBALANCE™ training video
    • His qualifications include a E-RYT 200 (Experience Registered Yoga Teacher), YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider®), Level 3 Award in Education and Training, Trigger Point Therapy, and R.E.H.A.B.
