Q2 ’26 Release Highlights

16.04.2026

Behind-the-scenes

From Billy’s playlist bangers and mashed-up sets to Otto’s Shapes Shakes and Kylie’s clams with extra bite, feast on a menu of unexpected combinations, fresh twists, and plenty of heat.

BODYATTACK™ #132

BODYATTACK™ #132
Presenters: Lisa Osborne, Jackson Fuafiva Osborne, Geena Pannett, Mai Sato and Nel Baxter

BODYATTACK #132 brings big energy and uplifting music with athletic, feel-good movement that builds across the workout.

The playlist, with addictive tracks like ‘Waterfalls’ and ‘Where Is My Husband,’ adds personality and punch. “I will be playing 132 on repeat!” says Geena.

For Lisa, it’s Track 1, ‘Midnight Sun,’ and Track 8, ‘You Got the Love,’ that generate the smiles. “Both tracks have such a positive, uplifting feel that brings a warm energy into the room!” she says.

There’s innovation woven throughout. The Agility Track introduces sprinter combinations with fast changes of direction and burpee-to-sprint pairings. Track 4 adds a cross-pattern lunge with rotation, while Track 7 challenges reaction time with corner runs and burpees.

Strength and athletic development continue in the core work. “That track is perfectly matched to the song ‘360’, giving you a full 360-degree workout,” says Mai, while Lisa adds, “I’m loving the glute and hip work in the core!”

And when it comes to intensity, Track 9 delivers. According to Nel: “It’s HARD… but SO amazing.” Look out for fast burpees and jacks to spike the heart rate.

Behind the scenes

For Mai, there was some added agility to contend with – avoiding the crew. “It was my first time taking part in a BODYATTACK filming, so during the running track I was desperately moving around trying not to get in the camera’s way – haha. There were so many participants, but it’s such a great memory for me!”

LES MILLS GRIT 56

LES MILLS GRIT™ #56
Presenters: Erin Maw, Levi Farrell, Bas Hollander, Nel Baxter and Billy Aw

“We are serving bangers and mashes!” says Billy, describing the high-energy playlist and hybrid training structures.

“Having a kickass playlist and precise programming is going to make the process enjoyable and rewarding at the same time,” he says.

"I love the combination of different training concepts in GRIT Strength,” says Bas. “In Track 2, we start with a single giant set – four exercises, 30 seconds each. It’s a great way to set it up. Then we jump into a Tabata using the first two exercises, followed by another Tabata using the last two. This is the standout for me. It brings very well-known concepts into the training, but by switching them up, it feels so fresh,” he recalls.

For pure physical challenge, look to the second part of Track 3, which combines squat jumps with pushup frog jumps for a “slow build in the quads."

The most intense moment in GRIT Cardio is the finisher track: Every Minute Escalates. As Billy puts it: “The title speaks for itself.”

Behind the scenes

No Hypercolor T-shirts required for this workout, according to Billy. “Both Levi and I drip in sweat. We were both dressed in light blue, and by the end of the filming, our tops were dark blue. So we always remind the crew to take photos before the workout starts!”

BODYCOMBAT™ #107
Presenters: Dan Cohen, Mai Sato, Vili Fifita, Meno Thomas, Erin Maw and Marlon Woods

“The structure is simple, yet very well built,” says Mai. “The combinations are clear and flow together.”

That accessibility doesn’t mean a lack of challenge. The release draws from Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Capoeira – each bringing its own flavor.

The music journey is just as diverse, according to Mai. “From nostalgic tracks to powerful beats – even emotional moments at the end.” Vili sums it up: “Some songs you hear – and some you FEEL.”

Capoeira brings a fresh dynamic to the release, particularly in Track 6, where fluid movement patterns create a different feel from traditional combat sequences. “It almost feels like you’re dancing,” says Mai.

Side kicks in Track 4 challenge balance and precision, while conditioning blocks in Track 5 build strength and resilience. “You’ll see something new in Track 5,” says Vili. “There’s a fresh approach to MMA conditioning.”

Intensity peaks in the Muay Thai Track. “The speed and powerful music just make you want to keep moving!” adds Mai.

Behind the scenes

For Vili, this round of filming was as real as it gets: “We rolled it in one take, which is cool! I love filming it like this because it’s just like a normal class I teach.”

LES MILLS TONE 33

LES MILLS TONE™ #33
Presenters: Khiran Huston, Vili Fifita and Mark Nu'u-Steele

LES MILLS TONE #33 feels seamless, accessible, and surprisingly addictive.

“There’s a big focus on simplicity,” says Vili. “Blending exercises together to enhance flow state – and the fun.”

That simplicity makes it easy to connect to your members. “The warm-up sets a great vibe,” Vili adds. “The flow of moves is easy to get into.”

But there’s still plenty of challenge. “The Glute Track is tough,” Vili admits. “I just hold on and think of the benefits!” Mark agrees but points out that the intensity is scalable: “You can really ‘beast’ the peak cardio – or take it lighter and still get a great boost.”

As always, music drives the experience. “Peak 1 ‘Perfect’ is a banger,” says Mark. “Would I blast this playlist socially? You bet!”

The structure supports progression and confidence. “Members can practice moves, then perform at their desired intensity,” Mark explains.

The result is a workout that’s smooth, engaging, and one you’ll want to teach time and time again.

RPM™ #110
Presenters: Glen Ostergaard, Bas Hollander and Khiran Huston

RPM #110 continues the journey from #108 and #109. “Recognisable yet fresh,” says Bas. “You can make it your toughest cardio workout,” he explains, “or take a more cruising approach.”

Music drives the journey. “Track 5 is big – people will love it,” adds Bas, highlighting the emotional range of the ride.

“There’s a beautiful moment in Track 6. It feels internal – just you, the music, and the ride.”

Energy returns toward the end. “Track 7 is a banger – many people will recognize it!”

With its balanced programming and strong soundtrack, RPM #110 gives Instructors the flexibility to shape the experience – making every ride feel personal and purposeful.

BODYSTEP 143

BODYSTEP™ #143
Presenters: Mark Nu'u-Steele, KB Fitzsimons-Nu'u and Nel Baxter

“There’s a strong focus on moving with strong upper body posture,” says Mark – a theme introduced in the warm-up and carried throughout this release. The addition of light weights in certain tracks allows for controlled, precise movement, without sacrificing technique.

“Instructors are going to love the magical moments,” says Mark, “where they can connect musical accents to match the movement to the music.”

Mark’s faves? “Track 8A Move is to the song ‘Anxiety,’ and features a Stomp Step variation (Classic BODYSTEPPERS are going to love this!), and Track 8B Groove is to the song ‘Lose Control.’ Did someone say Krump Battle?”

There are fresh functional moves in the Mixed Strength, Hip Strength, and Glute Strength tracks, as well as the return of a classic BODYSTEP move – the rotating squat in the Athletic Circuit.

BODYSTEP #143 blends athletic training with feel-good energy, delivering a workout that’s as precise as it is playful.

BODYJAM 116

BODYJAM™ #116
Presenters: Gandalf Archer Mills, Meno Thomas, Sammi Nieschmidt, Rachael Newsham and Bianca Ikinofo

Compared to some previous releases, this one leans into simplicity, making it a great option for attracting new members. “It could be a great release to pitch as a starter for new people,” Bianca notes.

The structure features two main blocks that contrast in style and physical demand, creating a balanced workout that challenges different parts of the body.

But what about the music? “We danced to Bee Gees ‘Staying Alive’ – need I say more?” laughs Bianca – and that sets the tone for a workout that blends iconic music with big, expressive movement.

Track 2, ‘Jealous,’ stands out for its groove and vibe, with Bianca describing it as feeling like you’re “in an 80s/90s music video.” There are also unexpected musical moments – including a track from 'Encanto' – adding a playful twist to the experience.

The overall message? Enjoy it. “Find ways to push your range through these big movements,” encourages Bianca.

LES MILLS DANCE 12

LES MILLS DANCE™ #12
Presenters: Bianca Ikinofo, Sammi Nieschmidt, Des Helu, Rachael Newsham and Summer Bradley

“This release is an absolute vibe,” says Des – and that energy runs through every track. “You forget you’re working out because you’re so caught up in the music.”

The playful opener featuring ‘Where Is My Husband!’ immediately sets a fun, expressive tone. “I am obsessed with this release!” adds Summer.

There is a clear focus on performance and expression, with contrast runs throughout. “Track 2 has a big uplifting sound,” Summer notes, balancing heavier moments elsewhere.

Track 5 delivers satisfying footwork and timing, while Track 9 captures the essence of the program. “Track 9 gives freedom to express,” Des shares. “You see everyone smiling in the moment.” Requested by Instructors and members, there is also a Latin-inspired hip pattern.

Des’s message to Instructors is simple: “Don’t aim for perfection – focus on feeling.”

Behind the scenes

Looking back brings a smile to Des’s face: “Filming always has great behind-the-scenes moments – from missed cues, to the whole team bursting into laughter between takes. There were so many funny moments I’ll remember forever!”

BODYPUMP 137

BODYPUMP™ #137
Presenters: Billy Aw, Maggie Cheng, Glen Ostergaard, Marlon Woods and KB Fitzsimons-Nu'u

It’s time to warm up the vocal cords for this release. “We’re bringing back lyrical music because we know that everyone loves to sing in class!” laughs Billy. “Connect with the music in your own way. Sing, dance – just have fun.”

Maggie highlights how accessible the release is. “The choreography is easy – it took me maybe two hours to learn,” she says, noting that this allows more focus on delivery and coaching.

“Track 2 and Track 8 are high energy and powerful,” she adds. “You really want to train when you hear the songs.”

There’s also something extra for Instructors to explore. “The bonus triceps and biceps track is simple but challenging,” Maggie says, “and there’s even some Chinese rap in there.”

Overall, it’s a release that blends simplicity, energy, and emotion – reminding everyone why BODYPUMP continues to resonate.

Behind the scenes

Housekeeping isn’t always high on the agenda during filming, according to Billy: “The biggest challenge in Masterclass filming is keeping a tidy station. Somehow, somewhere, some plates go missing just as one of us is about to present. There are some forces of group training that can’t be explained… or maybe it’s just Marlon taking your plates for his Squat Track?”

LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT #18

LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ #18
Presenters: Billy Aw, Maggie Cheng and Ben Main

This release leans into smart, structured programming, with an upper-body bias and the addition of an extra set in the hypertrophy block.

“It’s simple but challenging,” says Ben. “That addition of an extra set in the hypertrophy block really pushes you. We bring in the bar for integrated training, which allows us to use a clean pattern for the first time in the last three releases.”

“Block 1 is a highlight,” he adds. “The shoulder press is a key move we’re trying to emphasize. We place it in move 3 so the shoulders are ready to work post horizontal press and pull.”

Even without heavy lower-body work, the combination of movements creates significant mechanical fatigue.

“Training hard is a thing of the past – training smart is the future,” says Billy. “Every exercise and sequence is carefully planned. It helps rework our movement mechanics and improve efficiency.”

Billy delivers a strong coaching message: “Coach the science. It works.”

BODYPUMP HEAVY

BODYPUMP HEAVY™ #4
Presenters: Lisa Osborne, Marlon Woods, Geena Pannett, Levi Farrell, Dan Cohen and KB Fitzsimons-Nu'u

“This is the best iteration of BODYPUMP HEAVY,” says Geena. “It’s an intelligent, effective, and empowering lifting class.”

This release refines structure and coaching, making it easier for members to challenge themselves with heavier loads while maintaining good technique, with more time allocated between key movements.

“You’ll notice the simplification of our language around weight selection,” Geena explains.

There’s also a strong focus on education, particularly around movement setup and safety. “Breaking down how to safely get the bar into the back rack is a really important aspect,” she adds.

Music and tempo continue to drive the training stimulus, with new variations creating additional challenges. “That 1/1/6 bicep curl tempo is something you can’t forget!” Geena says.

Behind the scenes

According to Geena, the audience got an extra treat during filming. “Marlon got his shirt stuck between his weight plates during his overhead tricep extensions, giving the audience waaaaay more of a view than they had bargained for – free of charge. I legit laughed so hard I almost cried!”

LES MILLS SHAPES 15

LES MILLS SHAPES™ #15
Presenters: Erin Maw and Otto Prodan

“Within about thirty seconds of starting a track, you know exactly what you’re working,” smiles Otto.

The programming blends Pilates, barre, and yoga influences. “It feels creative, playful, and a little unexpected – while still remaining purposeful,” Otto explains.

That balance is reflected in the movement. “The slider track mimics the feeling of a reformer,” he says, “slow, controlled – building deep muscle burn.”

Intensity builds gradually. “You suddenly realize how much work your muscles are doing,” Otto adds, highlighting the deceptive challenge.

The glute series is definitely one to look out for. “We call it Shapes Shakes,” he laughs. “It really lights up the glutes and challenges stability.”

There’s also evolution in the programming, with the introduction of the passé through the core series bringing elegance and control into the work, as well as an adjusted Yogalates section designed to keep everyone on their toes.

Behind the scenes

As if using sliders isn’t challenging enough, Otto and Erin had an extra hurdle to contend with: “We usually have carpets on the floor for the sliders during filming, but this time we had a wooden floor. The sliders did not want to slide at all. Erin and I had to work about ten times harder to make the movements happen!”

LES MILLS CORE™ #62

LES MILLS CORE™ #62
Presenters: Otto Prodan, Corey Baird and Jessica Wong

This release is about returning to LES MILLS CORE’s roots. The LES MILLS SMARTBAND™ takes center stage again, reinforcing its role as a key training tool, while classic movements like the woodchop make a welcome comeback.

“This release feels really clean and accessible,” says Otto. That clarity allows both Instructors and members to lock into the work. “You can focus on movement quality instead of worrying about transitions,” Otto explains.

Jessica highlights how well the music and movement align: “It’s clear when the moves change or when the energy lifts,” making the release intuitive to learn and teach.

“My favorite track is Track 6, Core Strength 3, which features ‘Get Up’ by Ciara,” says Otto. “When I was allocated this track, I honestly felt like the stars aligned because it’s such a feel-good song that everyone knows.”

Meanwhile, the bonus Glute Track, ‘The Energy’, is a true burner according to Jessica. “Offset squats and side-lying work make this a well-rounded glute and leg-focused track. You might also hear this song in BODYPUMP HEAVY!”

BODYBALANCE™ #112

BODYBALANCE™ #112
Presenters: KB Fitzsimons-Nu'u, Dannielle Lally, Fraser Beck and Jessica Wong

With its blend of strength, softness, and emotional depth, BODYBALANCE #112 creates space for both challenge and calmness. “This feels like such an inclusive and loving release,” says Fraser.

The soundtrack blends fresh sounds with a touch of nostalgia, including the return of ‘Desert Rose,’ which longtime Instructors may recognize from releases a decade ago. “I’m loving the Hip Track with Olivia Dean,” says Fraser, while Jessica highlights the Core Back Track: “Dani brings it to life – enjoy all of those hip bridges, people!”

There’s a clear focus on progression and control. “The triangle pose with bind requires real core strength and postural awareness,” Fraser explains, highlighting the program’s continued evolution.

“Instructors are going to love the focus on twists and opportunities to practice balancing,” says Jessica.

Look out for the Tai Chi Track, which introduces a forearm stretch – a simple but effective reminder to slow down and reconnect.

LES MILLS PILATES™ #9

LES MILLS PILATES™ #9
Presenters: Summer Bradley and Kylie Gates

“We’ve found our Pilates formula that works,” says Kylie. “It’s the best collaboration of music and moves so far.” With a strong emphasis on control and precision, this release will challenge even the die-hards. “Nothing about this release should be easy,” she adds.

That challenge comes through in subtle but powerful innovations. “Let’s just say: clams and… ouch! – great for strengthening the posterior chain!” Kylie laughs. “We built on the clams by fully extending the leg,” Summer adds. “It’s a small change, but it really dials up the intensity.”

With a coaching theme of ‘control coming from activation’ woven throughout, the choreography supports that intention. “The addition of the thoracic twist to the half roll down in Track 1 feels so good,” Summer explains, while also calling out the Power Track: “When that unexpected beat drop hits for the teasers, I lock in!”

LES MILLS YOGA™ #4

LES MILLS YOGA™ #4
Presenters: Fraser Beck, Kylie Gates, Khiran Huston, Summer Bradley and Dannielle Lally

LES MILLS YOGA #4 continues to define the distinct yet complementary experiences across BREATH, HATHA, VINYASA, and YIN.

“All four programs are holistic in the way they are structured,” says Fraser. “Each format has a clearly defined energy, allowing Instructors and members to choose the experience that best suits their needs.”

VINYASA stands out for its dynamic, continuous flow, with new posture sequences that move at a slightly faster tempo. Transitions through Crescent Lunge, Twisted Lunge, and Warrior 2 create sequences that “feel amazing in the body.”

And, of course, the music plays its part. Fraser highlights ‘Omen’ by Sam Smith and Disclosure – a track that brings both energy and emotion to the experience.

The message from Fraser to Instructors is clear: “Enjoy! If you are loving one of these programs, don’t be shy about trying one of the other styles – you never know what you may find.”

LES MILLS YOGA Explained – Fraser shares the inside scoop on this modern take of traditional yoga.
