Emily found BODYATTACK in her local gym and fell in love instantly. She completed her Initial Module Training in 2013 and has gone onto being a legendary Les Mills Presenter for BODYATTACK and Reebok athlete. She got to experience the big stage for the first time at Les Mills Live London 2017 and has now filmed BODYATTACK 100 in Amsterdam!
How did you feel when you found out you were going to be involved with the filming of BODYATTACK 100 in Amsterdam?
A DREAM COME TRUE! I couldn't believe what i was hearing, i took the call from Sarah on hands free while driving, i had to pull over to process the information & honestly wipe the tears of joy from my face.
Was it exciting for you to meet Lisa Osborne? Did you get to spend a lot of time with her?
Imagine meeting you're idol in any industry .. film, music, fashion. Thats what meeting Lisa felt like to me, the QUEEN of BODYATTACK, the programme that holds my heart & passion. She exceeded my expectations. Such a grounded, positive person. She radiates the BODYATTACK energy and made every rehearsal enjoyable even when they became challenging.
Should we expect anything different for this BODYATTACK Release?
This release brings the celebration of body attack across the world & each country displays how this programme makes them feel in every track.
Would you say this is the toughest BODYATTACK Release yet?
For sure. The music in this release is EPIC and really drives the workout to a whole new level and intensity.
Do you have any tips for Les Mills Instructors when learning this Release?
To acknowledge and understand the focus of each track. This will really help instructors understand how they can display their love for the programme when delivering this incredible workout.
How will you be celebrating the release of BODYATTACK 100?
With as many of the BODYATTACK family as possible!! From quarterly workshops to launching in as many clubs in my area. I get great satisfaction sharing the energy & love of BODYATTACK with new and old faces.
