It’s a high-energy, high-impact competition to celebrate the most inspiring Les Mills instructors across IMEA region (India, Middle East and Africa)! It’s a time to shine the spotlight on you, our incredible instructors, dedicating their time to help create a fitter planet. There will be huge prize packages, giveaways, and even the opportunity to win a chance to appear on stage shadowing our next LES MILLS LIVE!

Absolutely! You can apply directly or be nominated by your club or your members. All submissions, however, must be uploaded by the instructor by following the instructions highlighted on the Landing page.
Video submissions open August 20 and close September 17, 2025.

Submit one video of yourself teaching a track from the latest release.
Teaching more than one program? Even better! You can submit one video per program (e.g., one for BODYPUMP, one for BODYATTACK, etc.). If you submit more than one submission for the same progam only your most recent submission for that program will be assessed.
All active and certified Les Mills instructors in the IMEA region can apply by submitting one track from the latest release. Not sure if you’re active? 📩 Email marites.salvador@lesmills.com to find out. For clarity, Les Mills Master Trainers are not able to apply – this is an instructor only celebration!

This is our first year—but we’re just getting started. Les Mills Superstar is planned to be an annual celebration of instructor excellence.
All submissions must be made in English. However, if English isn’t your first language, this will be taken into account in the judging. We’ll still be able to see you shine!
Your video can be filmed anywhere - audio and the coaching need to be clear so that the judges can assess the video properly. However, we recommend that you film at your local gym.
There will be a judging panel made up of the Les Mills IMEA training and presenting team.

Live Regionals will be held in the following countries - UAE, KSA, Jordan. The cities will be confirmed at a later date.
Nope. Whether you're in a club, freelance, or on-the-go — if you teach Les Mills, you’re eligible.
Absolutely. It’s not about how long you’ve been teaching — it’s about the passion you bring to your class.
Yes, semi-finalists and finalists will be required to fly into the Live Regionals and the Superstar Final. All travel details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
All costs related to participating in the Live Regionals and the Superstar Final have to be borne by the instructor.

Only one Les Mills Superstar will be selected; however, there will be other categories of winners.
