BODYPUMP builds strength endurance and lean muscle growth using the Rep Effect – where you do over 1,000 reps in a single class. BODYPUMP HEAVY takes the proven psychology of group training and combines it with slower weightlifting. You focus on the same foundational lifts, but the slower speeds and longer recoveries, which allows for increased focus on technique and the ability to lift heavier.

Workouts Page

All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. During the class you’ll use a weight bar and weight plates. These will be supplied in the class.

If you're working out at home you could get some LES MILLS EQUIPMENT to help.

Workouts Page

No. BODYPUMP HEAVY is not designed to replace BODYPUMP but to run alongside it, providing a natural next step for those who want to lift heavier. BODYPUMP HEAVY and BODYPUMP, meet different training needs and work best when scheduled together to provide both endurance and progression pathways.
