Both are 45-minute full-body workouts where traditional Pilates exercises are set to the beat. However, they are completely different experiences.
LES MILLS REFORMER uses the Reformer machine to provide controlled resistance.
LES MILLS PILATES is done on a mat, and all the exercises are bodyweight-based.
LES MILLS SHAPES™ also features elements of Pilates, mixed with power yoga and barre. There is less focus on breathwork and mind/body awareness, and more focus on creating burn and targeting specific muscles.
