Training was great, I learned a lot and whatever questions I had, I got answered. I love the option to take it online even tho I think it would give me much more to do it in person. Just need to remember this is just a beginning of the journey and it takes time and practice to get where we need to be. But now we have the tools for it. Thank you!

This was my best training experience yet. Janice is amazing! Everything felt relevant and we were constantly learning, but I didn't feel rushed; we took the time we needed to learn and learn again. Janice is inspiring, supportive, and super available for feedback. I feel so lucky to have had this training experience with her.

I just thought the class was a really inviting, encouraging, and supportive experience. I'm looking forward to continuing training and eventually teaching!

I had such a great experience in BODYPUMP thanks to my amazing instructor! She was incredibly informative, always making sure I understood proper form and technique. What's stood out the most was how she used to relatable stories to explain movements or the white behind something it really just helped everything click.

The training was very informational and inspiring. Mohamed made everything very clear and took the time to know me as a participant and although I'm new to these experiences I felt included and just as important as seasoned instructors.

Excellent and professional instruction. I felt very comfortable within the group due to the warm up exercises where we were able to interact with everyone. Overall a great experience!
