Les Mills Connect is one of our latest products to help support Instructors as they find work after their training. This new platform has been developed with two goals in mind- to bridge the gap between Clubs who struggle to find the right Instructors for their classes and Instructors who are actively looking for work, and to provide a better, more streamlined user experience for Clubs and Instructors on our digital platforms.
Key Features for Instructors
With the introduction of Les Mills Connect, Instructors will have the usual functionality to purchase and download their digital kits and register for training events. In addition to this we have some cool new features that we hope will enable instructors to promote their profiles to our Clubs.
- Create Your Profile
This brand-new feature to your existing account enables you to create your profile including uploading photos so that clubs know who you are; choosing your teaching preference so that clubs can contact you for cover work, permanent classes, or both; add a short bio and use the space to talk a little bit about yourself; and link your account to your social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. This is a great way for Clubs to find out more about you and contact you should you match their preference.
- Find Classes
The ‘Find Classes’ feature allows you to browse the platform and find clubs in your area that are actively recruiting instructors. You will be able to see programs, timings and locations for these clubs and contact clubs that match your preference.
- Club Relationship
If you are affiliated with a Club already, you can use this feature to let us know which club you are currently teaching in. Simply log in and click ‘Add Facility’. The club will be notified about your affiliation request and once confirmed, they will be listed under your facilities.
- Update your Privacy Settings
With increased access for Clubs and Instructors to each other's profiles, you also have the option to limit this accessibility. If you do not wish to be contacted by clubs just yet, you can simply update your contact preferences to match your suitability.
