Les Mills has announced a raft of free digital workout solutions to support health clubs and schools worldwide as the coronavirus pandemic forces thousands to temporarily close.

The group fitness expert is providing access to its LES MILLS™ On Demand (LMOD) digital fitness platform, so clubs, Instructors and schools can support members and families with workout options to stay healthy and active.

“Big challenges call for bold solutions, so we’re opening up LMOD to support our club partners and schools in keeping the world moving,” said Les Mills International CEO Clive Ormerod.

“We all know exercise is the cornerstone of a healthy immune system, so the fitness industry has a major role to play in helping to keep people fighting fit in the face of coronavirus.

“With health now a top-tier priority for people of all ages, our sector needs to stand shoulder-to-shoulder to work through the challenges ahead and emerge as a stronger, more vital cog in society than ever before.”

LMOD enables users to stream, cast or download over 800 world-leading workouts – including BODYPUMP™, BODYCOMBAT™ and BODYBALANCE™ – at home or on the go. The platform features the most popular Les Mills programs, presented by the world’s best instructors and supported by expert training guides.

Ormerod added that the LMOD solutions will support the US, UK, Canada, Spain, and other parts of Europe and North America where the platform is available. Les Mills is also accelerating efforts to offer LMOD in Germany and France, while additional digital workout solutions have been created to support clubs and schools in the rest of the world.

Clubs have the option of providing their members with a free 60-day trial of LMOD to keep them active and engaged if they can’t make it to the club. For more information, contact your local Les Mills team who will take you through the available options.
