Become Les Mills Instructor
are you the next superstar?
Les Mills instructors have the unique ability to change lives and inspire others through the power of group fitness. It takes passion, energy, and an unstoppable drive to deliver classes that participants love and keep coming back for. During spring 2026, we were searching for someone who can light up every room, inspire countless participants, and create unforgettable fitness memories.
AUDITIONS
Instructors can apply themselves, and anyone can nominate their favorite Les Mills instructor. The application period runs February 24 to March 8.
A qualified jury will review all applications and select the instructors who will compete for the title of SUPERSTAR 2026. The selected instructors will take part in four auditions and semi‑finals leading up to the grand finale in Stockholm on May 9.
Auditions will be in following cities:
• Stockholm - April 11
• Stockholm - April 12
• Malmö - April 18
• Prague - April 25
NOMINATE YOUR FAVORITE
Nominate your favorite instructor by sending us an email with their full name and any additional information such as which club they're teaching at, their Instagram name or email address so we can find them easily.
Send us your nomination latest March 8.

WINNER OF THE COMPETITION
In addition to the title of being crowned this year's SUPERSTAR, participants will compete for popular prizes. These include amazing products from our partners Ultrahuman, Barebells, Improve Educations, LES MILLS SMART TECH™ and present at an upcoming event.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
You apply by uploading a video of you teaching one track in your chosen program. Upload your video and personal details to the city you wish to audition in (you can only choose one). After the application period a jury will review, select and welcome instructors to auditions, you will get noticed by email. Then it's time for you to get prepared for your audition day!
IMPORTANT:
• The maximum time for your video is 4 minutes
• All presentations must be in English
• Make sure to read the full FAQ before you apply.
