Michael has been in the fitness industry for 23 years. He started teaching classes at the age of 15 and spent 12 years as a Les Mills trainer, alongside running a gym outside Stockholm. In 2020 he opened up their latest gym - a full service, high-end club where his role is Product creator and team development. He still teach classes and also work as a personal trainer.

Simon is a fitness professional from Alingsås, Sweden, with over 18 years of industry experience. His background spans Group Fitness Management, Personal Training, Head Coaching, and instructing, as well as roles with Les Mills Nordic as a Trainer, Presenter, Assessor, and Program Coach. He also delivers lectures and educational sessions to inspire and support professional development.

Karin has a long background in the fitness industry teaching classes since the age of 15. Working at big chains in Sweden as a group fitness manager, trainer and senior master trainer for Les Mills makes her knowing all the ups and downs that may appear in the industry and how to work with them and not against them. Specialized in pedagogics, lectures and delivering content she enjoys delivering the GFM-material from the heart every time.
