All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. During the class you’ll use a weight bar and weight plates. These will be supplied in the class.
If you're working out at home you could get some LES MILLS EQUIPMENT to help.

Like with any strength training, aim for no more than 2-3 strength workouts a week, ideally with rest days between.

LES MILLS FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH is complementary to other strength workouts, such as BODYPUMP™ and STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™. Whatever type of strength training you choose, we recommend no more than a total of 2-3 strength training workouts a week. For the ideal combo, match your strength workouts with some cardio sessions and avoid strength training on consecutive days.
