Fitness International, LLC, which owns the LA Fitness, Esporta Fitness and City Sports Club brands, will offer world-class on-demand workouts to its members via the LES MILLS+ streaming platform, enabling them to exercise anywhere, anytime, on any device.

Recognizing that the modern member wants to combine the thrill of live workouts and convenient amenities of a full-service gym with the flexibility of on-demand classes, Fitness International, LLC is offering to its members who add LES MILLS+ to their existing memberships unlimited access to over 1,500 world-leading workouts, including BODYPUMP™, BODYCOMBAT™ and LES MILLS GRIT™.

Created by elite teams of physiology experts, fitness trainers, and musicians, each Les Mills+ workout is scientifically designed to maximize results and inspirationally crafted by leading choreographers. Classes are cinematically filmed by award-winning production crews and imaginatively led by best-in-class instructors.
