We’re on a mission to create a fitter planet. It all started when Les Mills set up a small family gym in Auckland in 1968. Three generations on, there are now millions who work out with Les Mills every day, all over the world.
In the late ‘90s our classes arrived in the United States in clubs across the country. Almost two decades later we incorporated our US headquarters in Chicago, Illinois – where we operate to this day.
In 2017 we launched online communities as Facebook Groups. From hundreds of trainings to tens of thousands of instructors, we've supported our team deliver world-leading group fitness and help members fall in love with fitness.
Our partners, our instructors and our people are our team. We succeed as one. UNITED.

Login to Facebook, navigate to the groups linked on this website, and click the button to request to join.
Fill out the membership questions (Full Name, City and State of Residence, Connect Profile: Yes or No) and review the group rules.
Our admins will be admitting instructors on a monthly basis.
For any questions related to your account, trainings, releases, and Les Mills Connect please email info.usa@lesmills.com. Our team will reach out within 2 – 4 business days to support you!
New releases will be available in March, June, September, and December. Checkout our Autoship website for full details. We are running a three-day Autoship schedule to ensure we can provide timely support for instructors who need assistance or have questions about their releases.
