DR JACKIE MILLS – CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER
Operating at the heart of group fitness innovation, Jackie has shaped and nurtured the development of LES MILLS programs from the beginning. Her creative magic is backed by extensive health and fitness expertise – she is a specialist in nutritional medicine, an obstetrician and general medical practitioner, a former national gymnast and aerobics champion.
CLIVE ORMEROD – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Clive is a strong business leader, with a proven track record in delivering results across international businesses and building high-performing teams. Bringing his high energy and leadership expertise to the role of CEO, Clive is committed to shaping a world-leading team and strengthening Les Mills’ position as a top global fitness brand.
KEITH BURNET – CEO GLOBAL MARKETS
Keith Burnet has an impressive background in the global fitness industry. He’s held senior roles with David Lloyd Leisure, Living Well Health and Leisure, Hilton Worldwide and easyGym. Keith joined Les Mills as CEO of our UK business in 2012, and was promoted to COO of Global Markets in March 2015. A proud Scotsman and passionate rugby union fan, Keith loves nothing more than spending time with his young family.
JEAN-MICHEL FOURNIER – CEO MEDIA
Jean-Michel brings a well-rounded mix of technology, digital and fitness experience to his role. He co-founded the mobile platform BitGym which specializes in computer vision using 2D cameras and has held senior roles at UnitedHealth Group, Unisys, Hewlett Packard and GE. Passionate about fitness and health, he is an avid mountain biker and enjoys experiencing all sorts of new fitness innovations.
KEITH MUIRHEAD – PEOPLE & CULTURE DIRECTOR
Keith has worked in people management roles with some of New Zealand’s biggest brands such as Fletcher Building, Air New Zealand, SkyCity and Trade Me. Originally from Liverpool in the United Kingdom, Keith is a devoted Liverpool Football Club fan. He also has a weakness for designer trainers.
ANNA HENWOOD - CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Anna brings her international marketing experience from managing the successful tourism brand 100% Pure New Zealand to ensure Les Mills delivers its goal to be a Top 10 fitness brand. A passionate supporter of developing female leadership, Anna is proud of her small-town Katikati roots and is a graduate of Waikato University. Discovering new cultures, places and people with her young family is how Anna would describe her perfect vacation.
SALLY BERLIN – CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Sally is a senior technology leader with expertise working for large complex global organizations in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. She is passionate about the benefits technology can bring to the fitness industry and a firm believer in empowering teams through collaboration and collective leadership to build a successful culture. Sally loves to travel, hike in the countryside and a perfect day always involves family and friends.
DOUG ROBB – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Doug has been a key member of the Les Mills leadership team for many years, having overseen the finance and administration for Les Mills since 2003. Prior to this he was a Management Accountant and Financial Controller for New Zealand companies Ernest Adams and Loaded Hog Group. When he’s not working, Doug enjoys getting out on the water fishing, something that’s easily done from his Waiheke Island home.
DAVID CHRISTIANSON - GENERAL COUNSEL
Dave joined Les Mills in 2011, and as General Counsel, he now heads up the Les Mills legal team. Prior to this, he picked up broad experience working as a corporate/commercial lawyer in private practice and commercial environments in New Zealand and the UK. Outside of work, Dave loves sport, travelling and spending time with his young family.
