NEXT RELEASES

What does Autoship mean?

Autoship is the name for our quarterly program releases. We call our training releases by Autoship because they are Automatic and Shipped your way - just register one time and you’re all set!

Why do Autoship release dates vary by region?

We are running a three-day Autoship schedule to ensure we can provide timely support for instructors who need assistance or have questions about their releases.

Where/ how will I receive Autoship?

Autoship is a Quarterly Release and you will get it in the following months: March, June, September and December. You can access Autoship using your login in Les Mills Connect or on the go with the Les Mills Releases App by downloading from the App Store or Google Play.

What is included in the Autoship?

Included in each Autoship release you can find a Masterclass Video, choreography notes, music for you to use in your classes, marketing materials to promote your classes and additional tips to improve teaching and class attendance.

STAYING ACTIVE

What if I’m not actively teaching a program?

If you are actively teaching our subbing you must have the latest release, as outlined in the instructor agreement. It’s important that instructors receive the newest release to ensure that they’re getting the latest education and research updates, as well as technique and coaching skills to provide the best possible experience for participants. If you’re not actively teaching, in order to keep your Les Mills certification active you’ll need to buy at least one Autoship release per year for a given program.

How can I pause and what are the consequences of putting my subscription on hold?

An instructor can pause their certification for up to one 6-month period per year from their date of pause. Once they hit that 6-month mark their subscription automatically resumes. If you need more than 6 months you can reach out to us and we can remove you from Autoship.

What happens if you go inactive?

If you have an inactive certification, you will need to take additional steps to return to teaching. Requirements for reactivation vary based on how long your certification has been inactive. We are here to help, contact us.
