No equipment is needed, but you can use two light to medium weight plates or a resistance band if you choose. You can also choose to use a chair for support.

For the optimal training mix, you might like to include some mobility or flexibility sessions (like BODYBALANCE™), and low-impact cardio such as walking or indoor cycling.

All you really need is comfortable workout clothes and sports shoes. The workouts make use of weight plates and resistance bands as well as a mat and a chair. Using this equipment is optional, as you can do most of the movements with nothing but body weight.
