WEEK 01

TRAINING STARTS HERE

Welcome to the first week of your 28 day BODYCOMBAT training program. Just choosing to step up and try something new is an awesome achievement, so well done! This is a 4 week journey, and you’ve made the all-important first step.

This week you have 4 workouts. Aim to do them on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. It’s okay if you don’t do those exact days, but it is good to build the habit of having regular rest days.

What you need

Comfortable clothes, supportive footwear, a towel and some water to keep you hydrated. And space - you’re going to be swinging those arms and legs.

MONDAY

WORKOUT #1 (7 minutes)

This workout is a warmup for the upper and lower body set to two music tracks. It will give you a quick look at most of the moves in a full BODYCOMBAT workout and the foundation of your success.

TUESDAY

WORKOUT #2 (16 minutes)

A step by step technique guide to your punches and stance for BODYCOMBAT. Good technique makes all the difference to your results and your enjoyment. Don’t worry - you also get a chance to lift your heart rate.

THURSDAY

WORKOUT #3 (17 minutes)

In this workout we’ll take you through lower body strikes, like kicks and knees, to get everything working safely and effectively. This will also help you lift your heart rate as you progress.

FRIDAY

WORKOUT #4 (15 minutes)

Add your first full combat track to two new warm up tracks. Challenge yourself - this is where the change starts happening.
