LES MILLS+ RPM™ is an at home cycling workout where you control the intensity. RPM™ online will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR RPM AT HOME?

An indoor cycle is all you need. You can do RPM online in normal workout gear and shoes.

If you want to make the ride more comfortable riding in cycle shorts can be a great option. You can also choose specialized cycle shoes if you wish.
