THE TRIP provides cardio training and can be undertaken up to 3 times per week for best results. For a well-balanced routine, be sure to include some dedicated strength sessions such as BODYPUMP™ or LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ and core and flexibility training such as LES MILLS CORE™, BODYBALANCE™, or LES MILLS PILATES™.

THE TRIP can be done in normal workout clothes and shoes, so no specialized cycling gear is required. Cycling shorts will make the ride more comfortable but they’re not essential.
