All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. A resistance tube and weight plates will be supplied in the class.

LES MILLS TONE instructors provide options for all fitness levels. This means you don’t need to be fit, just keen to get fitter and healthier. You’ll find your fitness, strength and agility improves over a number of sessions. The results you get depend on how hard you push yourself – you can certainly work up a sweat when you’re ready.
