CEREMONY HYROX is all about full-body conditioning for anyone who wants to build strength, fitness and confidence. There are options for all fitness levels.
CEREMONY HYROX MAX is the higher-performance version, ideal for anyone preparing for a HYROX competition or with performance goals. It has a greater proportion of cardio stations, progressive intervals, partner formats, and progressions within each release to increase intensity over time.
There is a studio variation of each format. CEREMONY HYROX Studio and CEREMONY HYROX MAX Studio enable participants to train the same movement patterns with less equipment.
