Are all LES MILLS+ workouts included with my membership?
There are two LES MILLS+ membership options. A LES MILLS+ Premium membership gives you full access to thousands of LES MILLS+ workouts, including the globally renowned BODYPUMP™ and a suite of cycle workouts. You can also access science-backed workout plans, fitness challenges, technique and training videos, fitness education and inspiration, and more. Choose a LES MILLS+ Base membership and you will have access to a limited selection of workouts.
Please note, some of the LES MILLS™ workouts offered in gyms or fitness clubs may not be available on LES MILLS+, however there are a number of bespoke workouts created by Les Mills specifically for LES MILLS+.
Can I use LES MILLS+ when I travel?
Yes, you can use LES MILLS+ when you travel. There’s a simple 3 step process to make sure you can access your favorite workouts, anywhere.
- STEP ONE: Make sure you’re all signed up for LES MILLS+. You can register here.
- STEP TWO: Download the LES MILLS+ app for your device before you leave home, then sign in.
- STEP THREE: Connect to a good WiFi signal, choose your workout, and go for it!
You can download workouts to your Android or iOS device to work out without an internet connection. Work out anywhere, anytime with offline viewing, and downloads that never expire.
If you want to use LES MILLS+when traveling, please use one of our apps, as you will not be able to access the website from an unsupported country.
Can I try LES MILLS+ before I buy a subscription?
LES MILLS+ offers a free trial* to new customers to try out our entire portfolio of workouts. If you're not satisfied, you can cancel your account before your trial ends and you will not be charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your LES MILLS+ subscription at any time in the My LES MILLS+ Subscriptions section of My Account. You will need to visit the login page to be able to access My Account. Select ‘My Subscriptions’ in the drop-down under ‘My Account’ at the top of the page. Then click ‘View’ next to your subscription type.
How fit do I need to be to use LES MILLS+?
One of the best things about LES MILLS+ is that it's suitable for you, no matter your fitness level. There are options in every workout and instructors will guide you through the variations – so you can work out at your own pace and enjoy working hard in a safe environment.
What devices can I use to stream LES MILLS+?
LES MILLS+ lets you do your workouts on most popular devices. In addition to the website, LES MILLS+ workouts are available through our free apps on:
- Smartphone: iPhone, Android phone
- Tablet: iPad, Android tablet, Kindle Fire tablets
- TV streaming: Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV4, and Android TV
- Gaming console: Xbox One
You can also cast your workouts to Apple TV from your Apple devices and Chromecast from your computer and Android devices. Simply search 'LES MILLS+' in each device's app store to find our app.
What equipment or preparation do I need for a LES MILLS+ workout?
Many LES MILLS+ workouts don’t require any equipment at all. All you need is space to move safely (we recommend at least 6sq.m or 60sq.ft. of clear space).
Most of the strength workouts, such as BODYPUMP, use a barbell and weight plates. There are a number of strength workouts that can be done with just two small weight plates, and some options that use nothing but bodyweight. Some workouts make use of a resistance band, cycle workouts require a stationary bike.
It’s important that you hydrate before and after your workout. You don’t need anything fancy, good old H2O will do the trick.
