BODYPUMP™ #136
Presenters: Anthony Oxford, Ben Main, Marlon Woods, Windy Gao, Rene Vogel, Reagan Kang and Lula Slaughter
Instructors are in for a nostalgic treat, according to Reagan: “If you’ve been teaching for a while and you love rock music, this one will bring you down memory lane.”
While Rene reassures that the choreography is “super easy with nothing fancy,” the intensity is where this release bites. Lula warns that almost every track is a “burner,” specifically highlighting the “fire” music mix in the Squat Track and the challenge of the lunges.
Instructors should pay special attention to Track 3 (Chest). “We have a couple more pushups… a loooong finisher,” says Rene. Lula adds a challenge: “I double dare you to try the pushups at the end of the chest track on your toes!”
When it comes to favorite tracks, Reagan gives a knowing smile: “Enter Sandman. Need I say more?” Rene points to Track 8 for its big musical build and massive beat, and gives a special mention to the Warm-Up as a strong way to kick off the release.
A final note from Lula: “Just please ignore my messy bun – it was cold and wet, ugh. Next time, braids all the way!”

BODYPUMP HEAVY™ #03
Presenters: Geenna Pannett, Levi Farrell, Marlon Woods and Glen Ostergaard
“This is a strength trainer’s dream workout!” says Geena. “Simple, effective, heavy, and controlled lifts to iconic music! It provides challenge for an experienced lifter within the weight selection and tempos, while giving confidence to someone new to the gym floor or group fitness in learning how to lift in a controlled manner. I like to think of it like a group PT session with fire tunes and epic coaches.”
One of the standout features of this release is how approachable it is for Instructors. Geena notes: “Being musically driven, with short rep counts and sets – BODYPUMP HEAVY is incredibly easy to learn.”
When it comes to favorite tracks, Geena is torn. “Titanium for Deadlifts and Cleans, and Valerie for Shoulders – I love them equally! Such powerful tracks with big, challenging movements that hit hard every time and leave you feeling so strong.”
She also offers some key coaching advice: “The magic of this program is lifting heavier than you usually would in BODYPUMP, and believe us – you are capable of lifting so much more than you may think! When you remain authentic to lifting within 1–2 reps in reserve, it delivers the most incredible, empowering feeling. If we can guide our members to achieve this feeling too, they will be just as addicted!”

LES MILLS CORE™ #61
Presenters: Rene Vogel, Marika Jingblad, Bronte Terrell, Kylie Gates, Lunar Lu, Tim Pfannkuch and Marcus Müller
“It’s easy choreography, that allows you to dig deep into each move and perfect it,” says Marika, describing the essence of LES MILLS CORE 61. Rene agrees, highlighting the “cool mix of different musical genres and simple structures” that allow for a focus on building intensity. Bronte adds that “it’s easier for members to follow with repetitive patterns that let them dive into the workout quickly.”
For favorite tracks, Rene loves singing along to Ed Sheeran in Warm-Up #1: “A light and cool feel… such a good vibe to begin the workout!” Marika loves the “high energy and playfulness” of Track 3, while Lunar highlights the “beautiful music” of Track 2, noting that the rotating plank with arm circles is a wonderful feeling.
Bronte also points out Track 2 for its Afro house vibes and “three big rounds of work, with the final round ending with an absolute sting.”
For the real challenge, look out for Track 4 – a unilateral hip strength challenge that tests balance and endurance. “Wowza,” says Marika. “I was fortunate to present this track, and let’s say my glutes are pretty strong after filming!”
As for new innovations, Marika teases: “Good things come to those who wait…”

BODYJAM™ #115
Presenters: Summer Bradley, Charlotte Ranque, House Chaalane, Sebastian Jaramillo, Jake Pesquira and Uchop Matt
“Honestly, what a workout!” says Sebastian of a release that seriously steps up the cardio. “Your legs will be screaming, and your heart rate will hit another level. The music mix is incredible: K-pop, techno, and more. The beats are fast and powerful, but when it slows down… goosebumps!”
Uchop sums up BODYJAM 115 as: “An uplifting, emotional roller coaster that goes far beyond dance and fitness… It isn’t just felt in the body, it’s felt in the heart. Members and Instructors are going to feel every moment.”
Favorite tracks? Sebastian and Uchop are united on “What It Sounds Like,” calling it emotional and unforgettable. Summer loves the hype track – “When the beat drops and you’re hitting those knee lifts, it’s crazy energizing!”
Summer also flags a few standout movements: “In Block One, there’s a swing-and-knee-lift combo I call ‘Robot Tag’ because it feels like a robot playing tag – and the song says ‘tag them.’ Look out for the tuck jumps too – they’ll get your heart racing!” Yes, you read that right – tuck jumps in BODYJAM!
And for the long-time BODYJAM Instructors, Jake hints at a nostalgic treat that throws it back to BODYJAM #75. His only clue? “Say my name!”

LES MILLS DANCE™ #11
Presenters: Summer Bradley, Charlotte Ranque, House Chaalane, Sebastian Jaramillo, Jake Pesquira and Uchop Matt
“It’s like stepping into a dance studio and taking ten completely different dance-style classes in one session,” says Jake, describing the diversity of this release.
Uchop agrees: “The song choices! OMG. Some are bold, powerful, and full of energy, while others are so playful and fun you’ll totally forget you’re even working out!”
Summer notes that members “really get into their ‘Honey’ era” with Track 4’s playful basketball theme. Jake adds that the track has that “expressive, grounded, body-led flavor that makes you feel like you’re in a throwback street dance combo.”
Jake identifies the major theme of the release as “contrast – control versus release.” This is most apparent in his favorite, Track 6 – ‘We Run This.’ “The track begins with these expressive and detailed arm lines that require so much intention and control. Everything is tight, precise, and contained. Then, when the chorus hits, it explodes outward with power and energy, utilizing more of your whole body.”
For those with an inner diva, Track 2 will bring it out, according to Uchop. “It lets me be super expressive and sassy – hello, drama is my middle name!” He also hypes Track 9 as “absolute fire,” describing a club-like atmosphere with thumping bass.
And we can’t miss out those transitions, with Summer describing Track 8 into Track 9 as “one of my favorite 8-into-9 combos we’ve ever done.”

LES MILLS GRIT™ #55
Presenters: Erin Maw, Ben Main, Bas Hollander, Reagan Kang, Bronte Terrell, Levi Farrell, Jérôme Fournier, Melroy Oostra, Danny Raynor and Mathias Kröber
“It hits hard with the AMRAP at the start and finishes with absolute CHAOS,” says Erin. Danny calls it a “monstrous workout” but loves the “simplistic format that allows you to go hard without needing too much coordination.”
Jérôme highlights the smart programming behind the burn: “It first builds our confidence by isolating exercises… then pushes us to our limits by adding those same movements together, creating giant sets.”
Erin is particularly proud of the soundtrack, which blends uplifting house beats with underground tribal house sounds, coupled with drum and bass to get you kicking and speedy. But the music is there to support some serious work, like the Tabata track, which “left us all gassed on the floor,” according to Reagan, and “Stack”, which Danny warns: “Will give your legs a whole new level of pain!”
But the track on everyone’s lips is the finale – CHAOS. “It’s every bit as wild and humbling as the name promises,” says Melroy. Bronte offers a glimpse: “You’re between the feeling of ‘I’ve given everything I’ve got, that’s enough now’ and ‘let’s have some fun and see what is really left when your mind taps out.’”
What’s more, Danny revealed it is actually an “easier version” of what Erin and Ben had originally planned, because the first version proved too much in test classes!

BODYCOMBAT™ #106
Presenters: Rachael Newsham, Marlon Woods, Windy Gao, Eileen Post, Lula Slaughter, Maxime Vigeant and Lunar Lu
“This release is like coming home” says Marlon: “It’s emblematic of BODYCOMBAT from releases 50-70. Slightly longer tracks, big blocks, but simple choreography and good music.”
The undisputed standout is Track 2. “Techno time! It’s on another level” cheers Maxime. Marlon loves its challenge: “The triple front kick is dope... and then the 12 kicks in a row is going to take many people by surprise.” Lunar describes the feeling when the beat drops as “pure empowerment.” Eileen adds a technical tip for this track: “Watch the emphasis on the Roundhouse Kick. Snap the leg out quickly, then hold for a moment in the reload phase when the heel is close to the glutes.”
For pure physical intensity, look to Track 5. “The ground work is absolute bananas,” says Lula. “I literally had to back off training my shoulders while practicing this release!”
But it’s not all serious grinding – there is plenty of joy. Eileen highlights the lower body warm-up where you wave arms and chant “EEEEY. OOOOH,” and Reagan loves Track 8 for its massive sense of community and euphoria.

BODYATTACK™ #131
Presenters: Lisa Osborne, Hamza Benbkira, Sebastian Jaramillo and Maxime Vigeant
How many times have you been coaching BODYATTACK and asked yourself… “how many more plyo lunges?!?” Well, in this release, the focus is not on the intensity of a single movement but on splitting the energy and intensity correctly, to discover new ways of training.
As Sebastian says: “This release is unique thanks to the type of training and the changes the team has made to BODYATTACK. You will see that the high-impact level is controlled, which makes it more accessible, and the high energy is maintained but channeled differently. Pay attention to the warm-up, as it has movements that have never been done before.”
Instructors will notice other new movements. Track 3 features playful changes of direction, while Track 7 brings a CrossFit-inspired slam ball element that engages the core and increases intensity with its combinations – which takes extra focus, according to Maxime: “Timing on the combo Step + 4 Curls is a little bit special. You have to focus on timing for participants.”
Track 9 finishes strong, blending energy and musicality perfectly, earning it as Maxime’s favorite: “Love this one so much!!!! So much good energy.”

BODYBALANCE™ #111
Presenters: Kylie Gates, Eileen Post and Marika Jingblad
“BODYBALANCE 111 is just pure magic,” says Marika. Eileen agrees, describing the entire release as having “something magical and dreamlike about it.”
“From the very first second, you can simply let yourself drift… and let go of everything else around you,” she adds. Marika highlights the careful connection between the music and the choreography which creates a “masterpiece that connects the physical and emotional body on a whole new level.”
When it comes to favorites, both presenters are drawn to the same emotional peak: Track 8, ‘Eternity’ by Alex Warren. “I'm a sucker for the most emotional tracks that make me cry a bit,” admits Marika. Eileen calls it “incredibly emotional and powerful,” noting that while she can’t quite put her finger on why, she “really, really loves this song.”
However, don’t let the dreamlike state fool you – Track 3, Standing Strength brings the heat, with new flows that really challenge you physically and mentally.
This release is defined by its contrasts – both musical and physical. It beautifully gives every Instructor the space to bring out their own personality and unique qualities.

BODYSTEP™ #142
Presenters: Nel Baxter, Bianca Ikinofo, KB Fitzsimons-Nu’u and Mark Nu-u-Steele
BODYSTEP 142 is a fiery release packed with big jumps, fun challenges, and a soundtrack that blends nostalgic favorites with fresh new tracks. Bianca sums it up as “a fiery one for sure… new moves with a great mix of nostalgia & fresh music.”
For Nel, the music adds an extra layer of enjoyment: “Every song in this release is just banger after banger. The tempo really guides some of the tracks and exercises, which makes it really fun to coach as well as participate in.”
Track 6 stands out as a true peak track, demanding clear and confident coaching. “It’s quite a hard peak track and also fairly complicated if it’s not coached clearly,” says Nel. “Getting my head around how to coach the move took me a while, but I really wanted to do this track well.”
For Bianca, Track 2, set to a Dua Lipa song, required extra focus. “Because it’s a major track, they couldn’t edit the song, so you really need to know it musically inside and out – and know the choreography just as well.”
There are plenty of new moves to look forward to, including floor work in Track 5 that targets the triceps without push-ups – “which I know my members will be excited for!” laughs Nel. You’ll also see a deadlift–lunge combination and an offset squat, adding fresh challenges to the mix.

LES MILLS SHAPES™ #14
Geenna Pannett, Nel Baxter, Erin Maw and Mark Nu’u-Steele
LES MILLS SHAPES 14 places a strong emphasis on hip strength and mobility. “This release is so innovative.” says Nel. “Just when you think they can’t make a move even harder or more awesome, they’ve done exactly that. It’s challenging at first, but once you’ve done it a couple of times, it becomes easier.”
The choreography flows logically, making it easier for both Instructors and members to follow. “This release has a really nice flow – it just makes sense in the way the moves and combinations progress,” Nel explains.
The Upper Body series is a clear highlight. “Not only are you getting upper body work, but you’re integrating the hips as well,” says Nel. “It’s not a hip sit – the hip movement flows beautifully from the previous tracks.” Erin agrees, adding: “We’ve blended hip mobility and upper body strength together, and it feels amazing.”
New additions in LES MILLS SHAPES 14 include scissor leg crunches, leg circles (windmill), a buzzsaw with extra spice, and inner-thigh work inspired by the Reformer. For Nel, the Core series stands out as the most challenging track: “It’s challenging, but in the best way.”

LES MILLS PILATES #8
Presenters: Levi Farrell, Khiran Huston and Kylie Gates
LES MILLS PILATES 8 has a playful, friendly feel, with flow and precision at its heart. Khiran says: “Time really flies by in this release – it’s so good! That sense of ease and enjoyment is something both Instructors and members will feel from the very first track.”
Khiran highlights Tracks 4 and 6, with Track 4 being one where “you can’t help but want to move to the song,” while Track 6 offers a beautiful contrast: “That song is so calm and beautiful, and we’re doing teasers which are so big and powerful. That juxtaposition adds both challenge and emotional depth.”
Rather than reinventing exercises, the team has focused on creative sequencing. As Khiran puts it, “The flow and movement patterns are innovative – using moves we know and being creative with how they’re sequenced.”
In terms of challenge, Instructors should be mindful of the Copenhagen Plank. Khiran notes, “It’s a tough one for most people. Clear layering and patience will help members get the most out of it.”
With a strong music list and movements that consistently feel good, LES MILLS PILATES 8 is one of those releases that will quickly become a go-to for both Instructors and members.

LES MILLS TONE™ #32
Presenters: Khiran Huston and Vili Fifita
This release is all about simplicity and helping members feel successful. As Khiran explains, “When we were creating this round’s release, we wanted to keep it simple and playful… when members and Instructors get the moves, they feel successful and enjoy themselves!”
Musically, Track 11 stands out with a “cool, sassy funk” that’s perfect for working the glutes. Track 4 introduces a new footwork drill called the Tyre Run, evolved from the Z Skater, while Khiran describes Track 6 as bringing surprises that “on paper don’t look like much – but when you put it into play… just wow!”
LES MILLS TONE’s famous peak tracks continue to challenge, with reactive drill-style training dialed up in this release. Overall, LES MILLS TONE 32 strikes a balance between accessibility and intensity, making it a versatile choice for members and Instructors alike – whether you’re looking for a high-energy workout or a focused strength session.

LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ #17
Presenters: Amy Lu, Ben Main and Erin Maw
This release is all about balance and results. Erin describes it as “LEGIT… a workout so balanced and complete with everything we need to get strength training results.” The combination of exercises and training tempos creates “the perfect recipe to challenge us in a clinical and results-driven way.”
Instructors and members will love how each track flows, building intensity while keeping movements accessible and effective.
The soundtrack brings a party atmosphere to the tempo. Erin adds, “It’s like doing a workout at Coachella! We start with on-trend heavier sounds and progressively build into a rave at the end.”
Innovation comes in the form of targeted strength moves. Erin highlights the Copenhagen Plank in the core/adductor section as “such an effective exercise.”
LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT continues to deliver high-impact strength training, combining a structured, music-driven approach with fun, results-focused programming.

THE TRIP #44
Presenters: Khiran Huston and Otto Prodan
THE TRIP 44 takes us to the UK’s capital, flying over the Thames and taking in iconic sights before exploring areas familiar to some riders. The Underground guides us to the West End, then to a more industrial part of London, followed by fresh air in the Parks and at a Palace, before returning and exiting via the Underground. A mix of on- and off-road moments keeps the flow dynamic, while riders are encouraged to customize their cardio through resistance and rhythm tailored to them.
80% of the experience is about the music and visuals, and 20% is about what we do to enhance it. Khiran says, “This release is obviously London, and while it’s tempting to insert your own experience of the city, please let your riders discover it for themselves, and allow them to connect with their own memories or relationship with this iconic location.”
On the topic of customized cardio, Otto adds, “Instead of prescribing a fixed intensity, we used resistance and rhythm to shape the ride. By choosing their resistance and how deeply they commit to the rhythm, each rider finds their own level of cardio intensity.”
Discover why THE TRIP™ is taking one of Stockholm’s most visited gyms by storm, as revealed by SATS Stureplan’s Group Fitness Instructor of the Year, Adam Gripenblom.
