I play tennis competitively, however the muscles in my legs and back are extremely tight. I struggle to move around as quickly as I used to. I was spending quite a bit of money on massages to ease the tightness. It was helping, however I realized I needed something else to help the tensed muscles. That’s when I got into BODYBALANCE.*
I've played a lot of sport over the years - rugby league, volleyball, tennis, squash, badminton, soccer and touch rugby - so I have had my fair shares of injuries. My major injury was an ACL tear in my knee. When this happened I knew something had to change.
A friend of mine invited me to do some LES MILLS™ classes. I tried a BODYBALANCE class and felt quite sore the next day but it was a good pain. On the third day I went to a BODYJAM class which was great and then decided to finish off with BODYBALANCE afterwards. Now I do this a lot!

The other LES MILLS classes are great but BODYBALANCE is one of my favorites.
